What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, keep information in your browser in the same way. Both can be set by the website you visit (first-party) or by another service whose content appears on it (third-party).
In short
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. The website itself stores only two small items in your browser: your language and the fact that you have seen the cookie notice. One service whose content appears on our pages also stores information in your browser: TradingView (the share-price chart). All of them are listed below.

Content from other services
Some pages show content loaded directly from other services: the share-price chart from TradingView (Share Information) and a map from OpenStreetMap (Contact). When this content loads, your browser connects to those services, and they receive your IP address and technical details of your browser. We embed this content on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting share-price information and our location (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Each service is responsible for what it does with this data afterwards, under its own privacy policy, linked below. Images in news items (News & Insights) are delivered through our own website, so your browser does not contact their sources.
Why no consent is requested
EU rules on privacy in electronic communications (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, the ePrivacy Directive, as implemented in Cyprus) require consent before information is stored in or read from your device, unless the storage is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested. We have assessed each item in the table against this rule. The two items the website itself stores only keep your language and stop the cookie notice from reappearing. The TradingView storage holds only the display settings of the chart you open on the Share Information page and contains no identifier. We do not read the TradingView items, and none of the items is used for analytics, advertising or profiling. On that basis we have concluded that consent is not required. If we add cookies that need consent, we will ask for it before they are set and update this policy.
How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block third-party cookies and storage, TradingView cannot store information in your browser; the chart may then not keep its settings or may not display. If you block or delete the website's own items, the website still works, but it will not remember your language and the cookie notice will appear again.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies or services used on the website change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
