WEALTHAVENUE PLC, with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 25.09.2023 and further to the decision of the Annual General Meeting dated 07.09.2023, has proceeded with the issuance and allotment of 577.487 ordinary shares at the total price of €0,34 each share, by the private placement method. The existing shareholders of the Company have waived their right of pre-emption.

The Company will proceed with an application for the admission of the additional shares to the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
