Issue of new - additional securities — 1 March 2023

On 15.02.2023, the Board of Directors of WEALTHAVENUE PLC, following the decision of the Annual General Meeting dated 07.09.2022, has proceeded with the issuance and allotment of 628.165 ordinary shares and will proceed with the submission of an application for the admission of the new shares to the Emerging Companies Market.
