The Board of Directors of WEALTHAVENUE PLC following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 22nd March 2022 has proceeded with the issuance and allotment of 1.442.959 ordinary shares and will proceed with the submission of an application for the admission of the new shares to the Emerging Companies Market.
