Maria Panagiotou

Biography

Mrs. Panagiotou is the Managing Director and AML Compliance Officer of GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd. She holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus and is a certified holder of the Advanced Examination of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Company Administration at LLPO Law Firm for 15 years, specializing in corporate structuring and compliance. She was elected President of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) in February 2024 and is approved as a Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) for the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
